From two idyllic vineyard blocks in Okanagan Falls, the 2017 Pinot Gris was slowly fermented to dryness over seven months by indigenous yeasts for added depth and weight. A portion was also aged in traditional oak casks, providing additional richness and intriguing spice notes.

PHANTOM CREEK Riesling 2018
100% Riesling – AGING: few months in stainless steel
From a 11 year old parcel in East Kelowna, this dry Riesling was gradually fermented over six months by indigenous yeasts to bring additional richness and complexity. We used a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels for maturation to preserve the natural purity inherent to Riesling. Our 2018 Riesling is fresh, crisp and floral. Delicate hints of honey and orange peel on the palate and fine line of elegant acidity that pulls through to the finish.

Select barrels of six different varieties were chosen from across our Estate vineyards to create a distinct and full-bodied red wine. Estate Red is a true expression of the South Okanagan’s unique terroir, showcasing a vibrant core of ripe fruit with plum and desert sage. Fine-grain tannins carry through an impressively long and fresh finish – a tribute to the art of the blend.

39% Merlot, 35% Cab.Franc, 26% Cab.Sauvignon – AGING: 16 months in French oak barrels
It has now been 25 years since Becker Vineyard was replanted to Cabernet family varieties, proving that late ripening red varieties could thrive in the South Okanagan. The 2017 Becker Vineyard Cuvée is a Merlot dominant blend, and is a true expression both of this historic vineyard and the 2017 vintage.
